FESTIVAL PONCHOS
Keep Your Crowd Dry
Rain at a festival is a British tradition. Nobody plans for it, but everyone ends up needing a poncho. StayDry has supplied rain ponchos and promotional rainwear from our base in Worcestershire since 2000. Whether you need a pack of 10 for your weekend or thousands for a whole site, we can help. Online orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Why ponchos are perfect for festivals
· They fit over everything. A poncho goes over your clothes, your coat and even a small backpack.
· They’re light and pack small. A disposable poncho fits in a pocket or bum bag, so you aren’t carrying a heavy coat all day.
· They’re quick on, quick off. British weather changes by the hour. Pull one on when the shower starts and stuff it away when the sun comes out.
· They double as a groundsheet. Our Deluxe PVC poncho measures 50″ x 80″ laid flat, so it’s handy to sit on when the grass is wet.
· They’re easy to spot. Bright colours help groups find each other in a crowd.
Branded festival ponchos for organisers and sponsors

Every poncho handed out on a wet day is worn for hours and seen by thousands. That makes it one of the most visible ways to put a sponsor or festival logo in front of a crowd. Through our custom branded ponchos service we handle artwork set-up, print production, bulk manufacturing and delivery to your event.

· Logos can be printed in up to 8 spot Pantone colours, with a maximum print area of 30cm x 30cm.

· Artwork must be emailed as a 300dpi PDF or EPS file.

· Eco options include biodegradable ponchos, compostable corn starch ponchos and eco-friendly inks.

· Lead times are around 3–5 weeks by air freight or 10–12 weeks by sea freight from confirmed order, so plan ahead for the summer season.

· Your quote includes artwork, set-up and delivery to one UK mainland address, with no hidden charges.

Minimum order quantities apply. Please call the sales office on 01299 253009 to discuss your event.
