This page is for general FAQs about StayDry and our products.
Q. Do you sell direct to the public?
A. All our customers are important to us, whether it is an order for 10 or 10,000. For unprinted stock orders below 50 units, please place your order online. For all orders above 50 units and printed items please call the StayDry sales office 01299 253009.
Q. What delivery options are there?
A. All StayDry orders are dispatched via DPD and TNT courier services.
Q. Are there discounts available for bulk orders of raincapes-ponchos-raincoats?
A. You will find StayDry very flexible. For large orders we offer very competitive pricing packages. Please speak with the sales office for further details.
Q. Can you supply other colours?
A. Yes, many of our customers require bespoke colours for their promotional rainwear. Provided you can supply StayDry with the correct Pantone reference code we can usually fulfil your requirements. However there is a minimum quantity of 5,000 units for both PVC and PE material.
Q. Can you brand or logo print raincapes - ponchos?
A. Both PVC and PE sheet raincapes can be printed. These are done during the manufacturing process. However there are minimum quantities of 1,000 PVC and 1,000 PE sheet. We can print smaller quantities of our 0.10mm PVC raincapes after manufacture, please speak with the sales office for details.
Q. What are the lead-times for branding or logo printing?
A. As the products are manufactured overseas, we require 10-12 weeks for sea freight and 3-5 weeks for air freight. For smaller quantities below 1000 units of a single colour print on a PVC material please allow 15 working days.
Q. If I need my logo printed on a raincape - poncho - raincoat, what artwork is required?
A. All artwork must be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in a 300 dpi pdf or eps format.
Q. Can the raincape - poncho be printed all over?
A. Yes, this process is achieved by a cylinder print roll, it is more expensive and can only be done for bespoke orders with a minimum quantity of 5000 units.
Q. What are your payment terms on large orders and printed products?
A. Please see section 4 in Terms & Conditions.
Q. Do you deliver under plain cover?
A. For bespoke orders, all documentation will be removed on request and boxes marked to your instructions.
Q. When I add items to my basket, they don't appear as the colour I want - why is this?
Q. Do you offer sale or return?
A. No we do not offer sale or return.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you should contact us by either phone or email to arrange a return within 7 days of receipt. Providing the product is unused and in its original packaging/condition, on receipt of the item we will issue a refund, this will exclude any postage, packaging and insurance costs that were incurred during the original order. Please note we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on personalised or promotional ponchos.
Regarding the return of PPE products, unfortunately due to the nature of the products these cannot be returned once received.
You must contact us prior to returning an item so that we can be aware it is being returned and easily match the return with your order. This will ensure that your refund is dealt with promptly.
